Position Title: Learning and Development (L&D) Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Tan Thuan Industrial Zone, District 7, HCMC
Working Time: Mon Fri (8.30AM 5.30PM)
Reports To: HR Director/Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Position Summary:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training and professional development programs within the company. This role is crucial for enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and strategic objectives. The L&D Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop solutions that drive employee engagement and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements across the organization
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs, including classroom-based, online, and blended learning solutions
- Curate and maintain a library of training resources, e-learning modules, and other learning materials
- Facilitate training workshops, seminars, and workshops to build employee capabilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create custom training content
2. Talent Development:
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for future growth and advancement
- Design and implement specialized talent development programs, such as mentoring, job rotations, and leadership training
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on their professional development and career goals
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to create personalized development plans for key talent
3. Fostering Corporate Culture:
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
- Implement strategies to encourage employee engagement and participation in learning activities
- Develop and execute initiatives to foster a growth mindset and a love for learning among employees
- Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to align L&D efforts with the company's cultural values and priorities
4. Internal Events and Initiatives:
- Organize and facilitate internal events, workshops, and conferences to promote learning and development
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Communications) to plan and execute company-wide events and initiatives
- Ensure that internal events and programs are aligned with the organization's learning and development objectives
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
