Role Overview:

As the Learning and Development (L&D) Leader at Base, you will serve as the vital link between employee skill development and the company's growth objectives. You will lead the design and implementation of learning strategies to cultivate a dynamic work environment that supports the continuous development of all Basers, contributing to Base's overarching mission.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning & Development Business Partner Leader at Base Careers.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
• Experience in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Training Implementation:

Organize, coordinate, and support employees throughout the onboarding process to ensure key performance indicators are met during the probation period.

• Competency Framework Development:

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish competency frameworks for various job levels.

Identify necessary competencies to propose training goals aligning with the organization's strategy.

• Curriculum Design and Training Activities:

Research and work with subject matter experts to develop training courses and activities.

Apply Learning Design principles to create effective learning experiences for participants.

• Training Program Organization:

Plan, coordinate, organize, and support participants throughout training sessions to achieve course objectives.

Collect and analyze data related to training activities to suggest improvements.

• Product and Project Design to Support Employee Work:

Gather and systematize industry-specific knowledge (SaaS, product, business management, etc.).

Design products (templates, documents, etc.) directly supporting employees in their work processes.

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of products and projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and talent development.
• Strong understanding of Learning Design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and improve training programs effectively.
