Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our HR team as the Build & Run Learning & Development (L&D) Plan cum HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs while acting as a strategic partner for various HR initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Develop and execute L&D strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and manager consultation.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of L&D programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with external training providers and consultants to deliver specialized training.
- Utilize e-learning platforms and other digital tools to facilitate training delivery.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Continuously improve L&D programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
HR Business Partner (HRBP):
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, understanding their needs and providing HR solutions.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Drive change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Lead and support various HR initiatives such as talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
- Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and roll out HR programs and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience in L&D and HRBP roles, with a strong track record of designing and managing successful L&D programs.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and e-learning platforms.
