Position: Learning & Development Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Officer to join our team. In this role, you will design, coordinate, and deliver training programs that support the growth and development of our internal teams. You will collaborate with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure employees are continuously learning and improving in alignment with company goals. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening internal communication and employee engagement through various activities.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (50%)
- Collaborate with internal trainers and external vendors to design and implement training courses.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups, and deliver the Annual Training Plan and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Develop and organize various training programs (e.g., Orientation, Internal Training, External Training, Sharing Sessions).
- Support the EHS/Compliance Team with compliance training.
- Maintain training records, analyze data, and report on training effectiveness.
- Manage Learning & Development documentation and assist in processing payments for external training vendors.
- Support ongoing Learning & Development projects across the company.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement (50%)
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Draft and design compelling content for newsletters, internal announcements, and communication channels.
- Create communication materials that effectively engage employees and promote internal events, such as Townhalls, team-building activities, and corporate initiatives.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities that improve the overall employee experience.
- Collaborate on recruitment and employer branding efforts to enhance Zeder Vietnam's presence in the talent market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Learning & Development role.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe).
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and development.
