Brief summary of job profile:
Responsible for executing learning and development (L&D) initiatives to support employee development and enhance performance throughout the organization. This includes supporting the design and delivery of learning programs, assisting in learning needs analysis (LNA), administrating learning technology and systems, to contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
*Key Accountabilities:
L&D Programs Implementation & Communication
- Administer learning needs analysis (LNA) survey and assist in analyzing learning needs, skill gaps, competency requirements, and training priorities.
- Gather data through interviews and other channels to support the analysis of LNA findings and propose learning & development interventions.
- Coordinate learning & development programs, courses, workshops, and learning paths that align with organizational objectives and address identified needs.
- Prepare engaging and interactive learning materials, including instructional materials, presentations, e-learning modules, etc.
- Utilize multimedia tools to create engaging and interactive learning & communication materials to raise awareness and encourage employee engagement and participation in engagement in L&D programs.
- Facilitate logistics for learning events, workshops, seminars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
L&D Programs Evaluation
- Collect data & develop reports on participant satisfaction, learning outcomes, application of knowledge and skills to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs.
- Execute improvements and adjustments to L&D programs based on evaluation results, feedback, and emerging needs.
Learning Systems Administration
- Administer Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning platforms to support training delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Stay updated on learning technologies and trends to propose innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
*Job Requirements:
- 03+ years of experiences in L&D/ a similar role, preferably in the food & beverage/ retail industry.
- Understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Familiarity with LMS and/ or e-learning platforms and using various learning tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Skills (Ability to):
- Critical and Creative thinking.
- Ability to design with multimedia tools such as Canva, video editing software, or other relevant applications to create e-learning materials (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise...) is a plus.
