Danone Specialized Nutrition South East Asia is seeking for Learning & Talent Acquisition Manager - Vietnam. Learning and Development

  • Understand and roll out Global and Local learning programs with the alignment with Regional Talent & Learning Head. Oversee the Global/ Regional deployment plans and its implementation to be well responded to the local implementation.
  • Understand Market Business Unit (MBU) Business and HR needs in order to plan the Annual Training Calendar.
  • Design and develop learning priorities for MBU with One Learning A Day (70-20-10 framework) based on Development Conversation tabulation.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments & trends and best practices in L&D to bring relevance to the ever-changing business environment.
  • Stay close to the business/functional teams and connect with MBU HRBPs to ensure learning solutions relevance, planning and roll out that create outcome focus & sustainable One Learning A Day learning experiences that drives people development and business growth.
  • Work with Danone Academy (Global/ Regional) on learning initiatives and share local innovations & best practices by creating and developing learning network at Learning Events & Campaigns (i.e. Campus For All, Knowledge Series, Danone Academy Workplace, Learning Campaigns).
  • Support/ Co-facilitate annual Talent & Learning activities & Functional Competencies workshop.
  • Design, develop and conduct programs and follow up on the development of competencies, with HRBPs & all subject matter experts.
  • Lead Danone's Corporate Learning Management System at MBU level (Campus X CSOD), Campus X EdCast (New Digital & Discovery), Campus X Easy Generator (for content creation) and other new digital platforms.
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of learning & development activities/events including company induction, budget and actual spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
  • Source for training providers (Danone Internal Facilitators and/or external) based on learning needs and demand.
  • Manage and coordinate with training providers for trainings to be conducted in-house, or externally.
  • Manage and coordinate the logistics for training (booking rooms/hotels), communications & invitations to participants, F&B, approvals from Management, record learning hours etc.
  • Liaise with Global & Regional for collective needs programs. Support on the coordination as and when needed (finding participants, registration etc).
  • Prepare training reports as requested, i.e. for tax claim, administrative report on Learning Hours tracking, budget reports, etc.
  • Provide consultation to employees in development needs, with the support of HRBPs.
  • Maintain the quality of learning and development processes according to ISO standards.
  • Ensure proper care in the usage and maintenance of training equipment and supplies.

Talent Acquisition (Focusing on Non-Manager recruitment)

  • Proactively identify top talents in the market, sourcing high-potential candidates for non-manager level via various channels to deliver a strong candidate pipeline for Vietnam business.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end non-manager recruitment cycle, partnering with Hiring Managers & HR Business Partner, whilst sharing external insights and recruitment best practice.
  • Be in charge of job posting (internal and external career page, LinkedIn) to ensure the right and effective recruitment processes.
  • Proactively source candidates, pre-screen, debrief on candidates, conduct the interview, and support for candidate's selection.
  • Responsible for non-manager hiring and onboarding process.
  • Maintain a strong candidate experiences, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and acting as a true Danone ambassador for our Employer Brand.
  • Responsible for recruitment reports and collaborate on various projects related to recruitment and employer branding.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource, Learning & Organization Development, or related field.
  • At least 5 years in Learning and Development both in-House and external training work experiences.
  • Has experiences in Talent Acquisitions would be an advance.
  • Good knowledge in people learning and development in multinational company.
  • Strong consult and coaching skills as well as facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Well collaboration with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication and self-confident.
