Role Description
- Reviewing all types of contracts and proposals; participating in reviewing the company's contract forms; Risk analysis of contract terms and conditions.
- Provide risk assessment and legal advice on the company's operations and development projects.
- Handle regulatory issues including governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the company and project; corporate lawsuits.
- Securing the company and all its possessions from any illegal problems.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for all activities in the organization.
- Registration and renewal/modification of business licenses, and certificates of the company.
- Improve and update standard contract terms and conditions to reflect local laws and company goals.
- Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance with all company codes of conduct.
- Ensure update regularly of key regulatory and legal changes and other legal issues.
- Support BSCI project.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's law degree and more. Having a law practice certificate is an advantage.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in relevant positions in foreign manufacturing companies. (Must have)
- Good command of English.
- To actively update new/amended/adjusted regulations.
- Contract management experience, including the ability to draft, review, summarize, and organize a variety of agreements.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
