Key Accountabilities:
- Support the Legal Director and BOD in strategic files, including M&A deals, capital raise, listing and IPO, legal restructuring
- Monitor corporate governance and board issues, and provide regulatory and compliance counseling concerning many substantive areas including investment, securities, IP, franchise, retail, and F&B operations
- Advise, draft, and review contracts for company initiatives and operation activities of the Business units, including franchising agreements, and distribution contracts; Provide legal advice for corporate matters
- Manage legal team and provide coaching for team members
Requirements/Specifications:
Education: Bachelor of Law, obtaining a practicing certificate and admitted to a bar association
Experience:
- 8 years or more of practice experience, in which at least 5 years working for tier 1 or tier 2 lawfirms, 3 - 4 years for manager level in MNCs or FIEs;
- Experience in M&A deals, capital raise, securities and general corporate

- Ability to maintain project timelines and foster strong relationships with BU and other departments and team members.
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize them properly while meeting deadlines.
- The ability to confront conflict and difficult issues in a professional, assertive and proactive manner.
- High degree of verbal and written communication and analytical skills.

- Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English required Advanced / fluent English both verbal and written.
