DESCRIPTION:
Legal
- Provide legal advice to the company on issues related to contracts, investment, labor, taxation, etc.
- Participate in drafting contracts, legal documents for the company.
- Review and assess legal documents prepared by other departments.
- Participate in contract negotiations with partners.
- Represent the company in resolving legal disputes.
- Support other regulatory activities as requested by the Board of Directors.
Assist the Director's Assistant:
- Schedule appointments, organize tasks for the Director.
- Prepare documents, reports for the Director.
- Assist in guest reception.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 2 years of experience working in regulatory compliance or corporate law.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of Vietnamese corporate law, especially in areas related to contracts, investment, labor, and taxation.
- Ability to research, analyze laws, and apply legal knowledge to practical work situations.
- Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents such as sales contracts, labor contracts, internal legal documents, etc.
Skills:
- Strong writing skills, able to draft legal documents clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Organizational and effective task management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams effectively.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multinational corporate environment, IT sector.
- Possession of a lawyer's practicing certificate.
