JOB SUMMARY
As a Legal Specialist, you will:
- Support for international contracts and agreements;
- Responsible for industry compliance;
- Assist to Legal Manager in all related tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support in dealing and working with the Government and relevant State bodies/ agencies to the position;
- Provide support in the negotiation of the terms and conditions of international procurement contracts and other contracts, and settlements of disputes or claims;
- Prepare, draft, and review contracts & agreements, relevant legal documents, legal briefs and opinions, and other documents produced in daily operation;
- Identify and discuss any legal risk, findings, and recommendations with line managers and/or department managers;
- Interpret relevant internal policies and laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses;
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the position;
- Update changes in or new regulations and alert concerned divisions or functions;
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time with the position;
- Support the legal team as a valued team member; and
- Other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATION/ KEY CAPABILITIES
Experience & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Laws
- Experienced in Pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
- Minimum 3 years experience in legal practicing with 1 year of in-house counsel.
