Reporting to the Head of Service & Solution, you will be responsible for overseeing all live streaming operations, including:
- Develop and implement guidelines and strategies for local agencies, MCNs, influencers, KOLs/KOCs, users, campaigns, and partnerships. Foster and nurture relationships with local content providers to cultivate a comprehensive Live+ ecosystem, promoting collaborative relationships with local brands and companies.
- Create and execute new campaign strategies and models based on trending topics, events, and social issues. Strategize and manage live-streaming campaigns to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
- Oversee the introduction, supervision, and growth of platform agencies and anchors. Ensure continuous improvement and expansion of platform capabilities.
- Drive user growth for TikTok Live by enhancing user retention, engagement rates, and average revenue per user (ARPU) through effective lifecycle management strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to expand the Studio Livestream project and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing complex projects within marketing or partnership roles in the Marketing/Media/E-commerce industries, with at least 1-2 years specifically in the livestream industry.
- Proven experience in building and leading teams from inception. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries, with preferred team management experience in the entertainment sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of thriving in an international and diverse work environment.
