Job Description
- Work with traders on position follow-up.
- Receive shipping instructions from client and prepare shipment documentation in due time.
- Place booking with shipping lines where required & ensure internal database (EDOX/Cargoo) accuracy
- Work closely with relevant internal teams and logistics service providers to ensure the best customer service, data accuracy & efficient coordination (position check, effective back-up/ handover, etc.)
- Process export / import shipping documents, upload data into system (VOL / EDOX, CARGOO)
- Check all assigned service invoices to control the costs
- Declare and update certification on the Rainforest Alliance, IMPACT and 4C portalfor purchase and sale contracts
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience (compulsory)
- Experience in an international environment related to trade/ supply chain/ logistics
- Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office(Excel, Word, Outlook,...)
- Good knowledge of custom declaration under the export production or processing category
