What You'll Bring to the Table
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Handle logistics documentation regarding our distributors when picking up product at factory.

- Primary focus of this position is to provide a high level of customer satisfaction by focusing on the timely
resolution of issues and cultivating close working relationships with sales and customers.
- Monitor order book and maintain established metrics for order fulfillment activities.
- Prepare monthly shipment plans to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Manage, track, and trace shipment status.
- Create EXCEL packing lists and commercial invoices once orders are picked from the factory.
- Monitor shipment status with the forwarder and factory.
- Design logistics reports and prepare monthly logistics reports.
- Manage factory and carrier relationships.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders regionally and globally (commercial, supply chain, manufacturing
site, finance, etc.).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage exception cases

On time documentation provided to customer with 100% accuracy

- Internal: Planning team, Customer service team, Sales team
- External: Factory in 5 origins, Freight forwarder in 5 origin factories located

Who are you
V - JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience:
- 3 years+ experience in fulfillment/logistics/customer service
- Verbal and written English communication
- Willing to take new challenges and willing to learn
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, order fulfillment and distribution
- Skills:
- Experience on SAP system and Excel report is preferred.
- Microsoft Outlook Suite
- Languages: Fluency in English
- Education: University and above
- Travel Requirement: Travel is required for sometimes not often
