Responsibilities
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance, periodical inspection, periodical lubricating and periodical replacement.
- Manage Troubleshooting and corrective action with RCA, 5Whys,3Cs for production line
- Organizes and prioritizes preventive maintenance to optimize downtime based on incident history and maintenance plan with planners and inspectors
- Control and maintain utility devices, plant facilities with good working condition
- Manages technical library and documentation and realizes drawings as necessary
- Manage and develop people to retain maintenance team. Shares knowledge with team through trainings, advices and procedures.
- Monitors and implement CI, 5S, TPM improvement plans to optimize process
- Comply with regulations and closely monitor the safety regulations of individuals, production staff and 3rd party at CT line.
- Strictly supervise safety regulations for lifting equipment operation the production line as well as HSE requirement regulated by SEA.
- Comply with regulations and closely monitor the safety regulations of individuals, mechanical staff.
- Strictly supervise safety regulations for lifting equipment operation the production line as well as HSE requirement regulated by SEA.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree majored in Electrics/Electricity/Automation;
At least 10-year experiences and 3 years in the same position
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Hard-working and work under pressure.
Teamwork spirit and learning agility.
