The Maintenance Supervisor will manage and oversee maintenance activities across all facilities, focusing on HVAC systems, Facilities, MEP equipment, and other infrastructure. This role involves developing preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring proper labeling and updating system, and coordinating daily operations. The supervisor will also support new construction and renovation projects, train staff, and maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections across all facilities to understand daily maintenance needs and oversee all HVAC systems, MEP equipment, and infrastructure;
- Develop and maintain a list of equipment requiring preventive maintenance (PM) and collaborate with the Construction & Facilities Manager to create PM schedules for chillers, AC units, dust collectors, and other equipment;
- Ensure all equipment, including AC units, wall fans, exhaust fans, and dust collectors, is properly labeled and updated in the Maximo system;
- Receive and manage daily work orders from the Construction & Facilities Manager, assign tasks to maintenance workers, and ensure work is completed according to technical procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols;
- Request and manage materials, tools, machines, and replacement parts needed for maintenance activities;
- Create and maintain comprehensive work completion reports, maintenance records, and checklists on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;
- Support and oversee new construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines;
- Train maintenance staff in procedures, equipment use, and safety practices;
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent majors;
- Additional technical training certificates is a plus.
2. Experience:
- At least 2 years in Maintenance Management level, especially with HVAC & Facilities Management;
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems;
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance systems;
- Good at leading and developing team.
3. Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of machines, tools, repair and maintenance;
- Familiarity with business management principles, strategic planning, and human resources;
- Knowledge of technical training;
- Practical application of engineering principles and technology.
