Management Consultant, Performance/Growth Marketing

Project Overview

Our client, a global leader in the fintech and data services space, is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead the strategy development and implementation of marketing campaigns and client engagements. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

This senior position focuses on managing performance and growth marketing projects, leveraging data-driven insights and digital strategies. The ideal talent will bring 8-10+ years of experience, with proven expertise in performance and growth marketing, ideally within the banking or payments sector.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Ho Chi Minh City office. The consultant will lead complex client engagements, driving impactful marketing strategies and campaign execution. The project has an immediate start with an initial 6-month contract and the potential for extension based on performance

What you will be doing

• Leading complex marketing engagements for regional and global clients, with a focus on performance and growth marketing.
• Developing and managing marketing strategies by leveraging data to optimize campaign performance, especially within the banking sector.
• Owning and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients, including C-suite, to ensure successful delivery of marketing solutions.
• Managing project teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, aligning marketing solutions with client goals and business objectives.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs through effective project management and team coordination.

Your background

• 8-10+ years of experience in performance and growth marketing, with strong expertise in performance and growth digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing digital marketing strategies, including performance marketing, media planning, and optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale marketing projects.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
