I.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather warehouse demands and work on rental proposals for ecommerce companies, third-party logistics companies, freight forwarders, retailers, manufacturers
- Build and maintain networks with property agents, logistics associations, industry fellows
- Gather market intelligence and carry out industry research.Bring insights to team to formulate sales plan and strategy
- Work with marketing team to come up sales materials, promote BW and our warehouses
- Work closely with Business Development, Investment team on land acquisition proposals; construction team on warehouse building design
II.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5-year experience working in logistics/supply chain
- Outgoing personality with a sales mindset
- Strong network in logistics warehouse, and e-commerce industry
- Self-driven and passionate
- Multi-tasking ability
- High level written and spoken English
- Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard andcohesivelyin ateam
- Advanced level in core Microsoft packages Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
