A. Branding (PR) and Communications:
1) Responsible for implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive communications program with vendors that will enhance the Banks image and position within the marketplace and the stakeholders and facilitate internal and external communications.
2) Reputation management 2nd layer of media handling and crisis management.
3) Leads special projects as assigned, such as special events, sponsorship, partnership projects involving work within the companies, campaign communications plan.
4) Support Head of Department with the day-to-day management of communications activities and delivery of campaigns
5) Review and produce press notices with vendors and support to draft other internal materials, often at short notice.
6) Produce quarterly online coverage reports across the Bank's business/branding and Implement frameworks, checklists, and calendar of content for action and evaluating the effectiveness of communication activities.
B. Marketing campaigns and other tasks:
1) Deliver marketing and brand communications to all relevant internal/external stakeholders and creative agencies.
2) Lead the team of 2 Marketing Executives. Draft and propose a creative direction in alignment with Brand strategy, Business Direction, and go-to-market plans by respective Head of department.
3) Responsible for the achievement of marketing and communications mission, goals and financial objectives as assigned by Head of department.
4) Lead, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing and communications function.
5) Closely track short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing and communications program and its activities, monitor progress, ensure adherence and evaluate performance.
6) High Impact Campaigns & Micro level Visibility for branches. To monitor periodic budget allocation and spending on the activities/marketing campaigns proposed by the Branches.
Required and Preferred experience and expertise
A. Essential
Previous public relations and corporate communications experience gained either in-house (private or public sector) or in agency.
Strong writing skills for online, print, presentations and social media
Experience of working on high profile media relations programs or in a busy communications environment
Understanding and experience of digital marketing concepts and best practice and its use in integrated communications campaigns to support and advance communications objectives.
Must have over 5 years of work experience in a management role in communications/creative/branding background.

Analytical mindset, critical thinking, problem solving.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently at all levels in the organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written English and Vietnamese.
