Perform a variety of administrative, analytical and operational duties in support of organizational development efforts, including working with management team to develop organizational structure and positions, advising management on allocation of personnel in align with the BU- oriented structure, contributing to the review of HR policies and processes, participating in Group's organizational transformation projects.
Support the implementation of change management processes across the Group, in partnership with other HR team members and senior leaders
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop organizational structure and scope of work for Group Functions, Business Units (BUs)
- Review and update RASCI for relevant units in alignment with Org. Structure
- Provide templates and counsel HR Subs on development of Org Charts
- Monitor and make recommendation for the usage of job titles to standardize the expectations and responsibilities for roles in an organization.
- Review and update Job Descriptions
- Ensure NLIC data (OC, title, JDs) on HRIS is well updated; continually maintain the quality of HR data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist Head of OD (Director, OD) in development of OD projects and continue to enhance the quality of the delivery of HR & OD services
- Contribute in reviewing and documenting HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies and process in compliance with corporate governances and prevailing laws
- Review and analyze work processes and functional interrelationships to identify ways to improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist the development of the Human Resource Division Strategic Plan and objectives
- Participate in OD/ HR projects
HR Budget and proposals.
- Participate in development and support of human resource budget management and labor costs.
- Handle requests, research recommendations, implement proposals and present reports as requested by the Board and HR Committee BOD. (HR related issues)
Reporting and administrative support to GCPO
- Prepare and contribute to the development of reports to the Board, Executive Management Team, and other audiences
- Coordinate the GCPO's calendar
- Meeting preparation, including preparing documents as well as overseeing all technology requirements for presentations and attendance of participants
- Record minutes of meetings as assigned
- Research and compile information for special reports as directed by the GCPO
- Other duties as requested by Line Manager
Background / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, HR Management
- Having global HR certification (SHRM) is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of HR (especially positions in OD, consulting)
- Proficiency in English
