Our client, an UK international school is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Managing Director of Operations to join their core team in Vietnam. This role requires a proven track record in the B2C industries (travel, hospitality, healthcare) or the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
- Drive strategic initiatives to promote growth and organizational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team with a high number of staffs , working with both local and international colleagues
- Collaborate with international colleagues to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
- Report directly to the CEO and provide strategic insights to drive the organization's vision forward.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the B2C industries (travel, hospitality, healthcare) or education sector.
- Strong interest and passion for the education sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing an sizable organization
- Extensive experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Local Vietnamese, expats in Vietnam, and Viet Kieu (Vietnamese returnees) are encouraged to apply.
- Work permit will be provided if required.
