Manufacturing Engineer - Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage on-site safety and supervise safe working practices.

2. Follow up on production tasks assigned by production control and report any anomalies to ensure timely completion of production schedules and meet customer demands.

3. Control and monitor process quality.

4. Implement cost management (monitoring manpower, machinery, and materials).

5. Support the rapid introduction of new products to ensure smooth production.

6. Develop and execute capacity planning to improve productivity.

7. Ensure close collaboration and timely communication between upstream and downstream processes.

8. Develop and implement weekly work plans.

9. Verify the status of materials during shifts to meet reasonable customer demands.

10. Understand workforce status across production lines and allocate resources effectively.

11. Assist supervisors in providing training and development to department staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required Majors: Related engineering fields

Languages: Mandarin- Intermediate, English- Basic, Vietnamese- Basic

Work Experience: 3 years

Work Location: Vietnam
