*** SCOPE OF WORK
Marcom Intern is responsible for the execution activities of a wide range of projects/ brands.
In detail, Marcom Intern will implement some research for updated market trends, coordinate between brands and team for marketing/communication execution, and assist individuals and team with administration tasks.
1. Research and stay up-to-date on market information and communication trends
- Observe and collect information on brands products and services.
- Be well-versed in all systems/procedures and keep updated on marketing and communication trends.
- Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the marketplace.
2. Act as the key coordinator of the Marcom team for brand management and marketing/ communication execution
- Ensure superior quality service and experiential communications ideas are delivered timely and executed effectively to brands.
- Be the main contact between the Marcom team and other internal departments (including operation and back office teams) to ensure the efficiency of all marketing and communication activities for brands.
- Seek, work closely, and manage suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the brands.
- Take responsibility for invoice control/estimation and queries in liaison with the Marcom department and other departments.
3. Assist the Marcom Manager during the execution
- Assist individuals and team among Marcom team in the preparation of materials for brands meetings and regular reports.
- Assist in formulating and implementing effective communication to brands.
4. Other administration tasks
- Communicate between brands and team to complete contracts, billings, pitching documents, etc.
- Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested.
*** REQUIREMENTS:
- 6-month full-time internship (Monday-Friday)
- BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Knowledge of the high-end product market is an advantage
- Fluency in both verbal and written English (French is optional)
- A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
