Suzuki Vietnam is seeking a Marine outboard Project Manager to develop and manage the domestic outboard business in Vietnam. Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the project in Vietnam.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and competitors.
- Develop and manage domestic sales channels.
- Control costs and budgets and set KPIs for sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build an after-sales support network to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA, PMP, or CPM preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably with new business development in the automotive, motorcycle, or machinery fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong skills in leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
