IN DETAIL, YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS JOB WILL BE
- Conducting effective market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, customers and investors preferences, providing valuable insights to inform marketing strategies that can promote and differentiate Renn Global's services, and enhance brand visibility;
- Creating and managing compelling multimedia content targeted at the financial services industry, including pitch decks, newsletters, investor presentations, reports, and similar materials. This content will be streamlined across various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, blogs, online advertising, and other digital platforms. The aim is to drive lead generation and enhance customer retention;
- Efficiently managing a well-organized content schedule to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns;
- Effectively executing a good mix of marketing methodologies, marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and marketing platforms, and engaging with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders;
- Skillfully analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as well as optimizing strategies for maximum impact and providing regular reports to senior management to inform decision-making;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, and other key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and promotional opportunities in targeted communities;
- Always staying abreast of industry trends, client behaviors, and emerging technologies to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.
What You'll Need For Success In This Job
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Additional certifications in marketing or relevant advanced degrees are a plus;
- 2 years and above of experience in marketing and/or investor relations, or a related field within the finance industry. The designated title will be assigned in accordance with your strength and experience;
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing effort, with a focus on content marketing or investor relations;
- Preferred analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools, namely content management systems, analytics tools and Google Workspace;
- Self-driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Possessing a creative mindset with the ability to think strategically, contributing innovative ideas to marketing campaigns;
- Familiarity with financial products and services will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage.
