We are looking for Content Marketer that will be in charge of creating online content that is engaging, compelling, original and informs our target audience across digital platforms. She will produce a content strategy and content calendar to ensure consistent publishing. Together with our designers, she will craft beautiful stories and content strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Marketer responsibilities include producing marketing campaigns to advertise our brand, producing video and image blog posts about the products and promoting our content on social media. A capable Content Marketer should understand the principles of marketing in Social Media, and should have experience in digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new audiences.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content, including social media posts, infographics, high quality eye-catching photography, TV commercials, catchy-songs music videos, digital advertisements and short video content production.
- Marketing & Content Strategy: Team up with Creative & Design crew to devise and execute content strategies aligning with business goals.
- Industry Research: Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform content creation and distribution.
- Social Media Management & Customer Engagement: Create, manage, nurture and expand our social media footprints platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- SEO Optimization: Amp up content search engines, enhancing organic visibility and driving traffic.
- Analytics and Reporting: Deliver regular reports and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Graphics Design, Photography & Videography: Bring graphic design, photography and videography skills to the table, creating visuals, pictures, videos and infographics to complement writing content (if any). Essential proficiency in image and video editing.
- Content & Editorial Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of content across channels.
- Collaboration: Team up with designers, external videographers, external photographers, and outsourced vendors for multimedia content creation.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
This is a role that requires a passionate, highly energetic, all-rounders (and Creatively Resourceful) who are able to CREATE, BUILD & PRODUCE a Marketing Team and content creation efforts in a 100% start-up company settings.
- Currently NOT WORKING on any freelance project for other clients. Our successful candidates must be able to commit full-time (mind, body, soul and past 2 lives) without working on any freelance project on the side for additional income.
- NO EGO, NO DRAMA, NO ATTITUDE. We value good attitude above all. If you have a knack of giving excuses for your underperformed and uncommitted work, defensive and take offense on every constructive criticism, communicates only when you want attention, give sweet talk to get away with things, please do not apply for this position. - LANGUAGE. English will be the primary language for all formal and official communications in the company while Vietnam Language will be the secondary or casual non-formal verbal language used in the office or outside the office with external parties or vendors.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS. This is the most important BUT misunderstood skill set of all time. A good communication skills would first require good listening, reading and comprehensive skill BEFORE the great articulation of speech, casual talking and great writing skills that comes with it. The ability to TIME yourself and balanced yourself by asking the right questions when and how is all the more important. So we ask you NOT to be a Hello Kitty or a loquacious person who spills too much with no progression.
