Operation & Report (50%)
Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create event concepts, themes, and messaging that align with the company's marketing strategy.
Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
Develop and implement media and communication plans to promote events through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, press releases, and advertising.
Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution of event-related activities.
Monitor and evaluate the success of events, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements for future events.
Maintain updated event calendars, databases, and documentation for efficient event planning and tracking.
Administration (20%)
Manage and operate human resources in the warehouse department
Receive information and carry out import and export procedures.
Manage and arrange goods in the warehouse: Scientifically arrange goods and materials and prepare reports in the warehouse.
Plan to periodically import goods.
Receive and check relevant invoices and documents when importing and exporting goods according to regulations.
Record and monitor daily inventory of imported and exported goods subject to minimum inventory norms. There must be a minimum inventory level in the warehouse.
Propose adjustments to minimum warehouse norms to suit stock fluctuations quantity of imported and exported goods.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in event coordination and marketing position.
Detail oriented, ownership and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record in successfully planning and executing both online and offline events.
Strong in event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and venue selection.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in developing and implementing media/ communication plans for event.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated creativity and innovation in event planning and execution.
