Position: Marketing Executive / Junior Marketing Manager Ho Chi Minh City

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and proactive team member to support our day-to-day marketing and communication activities in Vietnam. This role is ideal for someone with basic editing skills, social media familiarity, and a strong interest in working in the education space.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Editing & Posting Edit and schedule videos, images, and posts on social media platforms. Marketing materials and creative direction will be provided by HQ in Singapore.

Customer Messaging Reply to parent messages and calls on Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, etc., using the right tone and information (training provided by HQ).

Social Media Support Assist with daily postings, engagement, and page maintenance on platforms like Facebook, Zalo, and Instagram.

Event & Program Support Help organize and support workshops, summer camps, and other educational events.

Team Coordination Work closely with the Singapore HQ team and follow local guidance from our marketing consulting firm in Vietnam.

Requirements:

Comfortable speaking in English (basic writing is okay, strong writing not required)

Able to use simple video and image editing tools (e.g. Canva, or similar)

Responsible, organized, and eager to learn

Friendly and clear communicator, especially when dealing with parents

Prior experience in marketing, education, or customer service is a plus
