Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive specializing in short video production at ORYZ Saigon. The Marketing Executive will dedicate 50% of their time to creating and producing engaging short video content, and the other 50% to various marketing-related tasks. These tasks include market planning, market research, communication, sales, and other marketing activities. They will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and effectively communicating with internal teams, customers, and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality short video content to promote ORYZ Saigon's brand and offerings.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, incorporating video content to engage and attract customers.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and strategies.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
• Support sales initiatives through targeted marketing activities.
• Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating and producing short video content for marketing purposes.
• Strong skills in market planning, market research, and communication.
• Sales and marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of video editing software and social media platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
