The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate revenue, and attract new customers for Vietnam Lash. This role requires creativity, strong planning skills, and project management expertise to ensure marketing campaigns are effective.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to drive sales and enhance the company's brand recognition.
- Manage marketing communication campaigns (social media, email marketing, advertising) to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Event Marketing team to organize events and promotional activities to boost customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitors, and provide product strategy recommendations based on shifting market demands.
- Manage the marketing budget, optimize resources, and ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Oversee the company's communication channels, including Facebook, website, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor and report campaign performance through data analysis and provide periodic evaluations to the leadership team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing-related positions.
- Knowledge of B2B customers is an advantage.
- Characteristics and attitude: Honest, meticulous, detail-oriented, quick, confident, and decisive.
- Strong research and information synthesis skills; a sense of aesthetics is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and data, and capable of time management.
- Logical thinking, analytical and critical thinking skills; teamwork capability is preferred.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or similar certifications.
Working Hours:
- From 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternate Saturdays.
