Position Overall DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the digital presence of our brand.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESDigital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
Community Development:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to build and nurture our brand's online and offline communities.
- Organize and manage community events, webinars, and meetups to engage with our audience and build brand loyalty.
- Monitor and participate in community discussions across social media platforms, forums, and other online communities.
- Create and share engaging content that resonates with our community members and encourages interaction and participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all community touchpoints.
User Acquisition:
- Design and implement user acquisition campaigns to drive app downloads and active usage.
- Analyze user behavior and acquisition metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Develop partnerships and affiliate programs to increase user base.
- Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns that attract new users.
Affiliate Program Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our affiliate program and attract new affiliates.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize the program.
- Create and manage marketing materials and campaigns to support affiliates in promoting our brand.
- Ensure compliance with affiliate program policies and industry best practices.
Brand Building:
- Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute brand-focused content across various channels.
- Monitor brand perception and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- +3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
