To develop and implement marketing & communications strategy, plan and activities to achieve company business target.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- To build and execute annual marketing plan & brand identity and positioning.
- To identify and analyze market intelligence, market trends, import/export data, financial data and statistical information, transport projects, customer and competitor behavior and generate reports using databased analytics tools to improve business performance.
- To execute marketing and launching new products/products/techniques/technologies by effective marketing communication programs.
- To organize conferences, seminars, workshops, and company/product exhibitions.
- To contribute to writing copy for marketing material such as brochures, leaflets, posters, flyers and manage their production.
- To write and distribute press releases.
- To lead and coordinate with IT & Technical department to develop/update ADCo website and viral marketing channels, including photo shoots and videos.
- To develop Customer Relationship Management program to improve sales performance and customer loyalty as well as customer insights.
- To manage marketing budget to ensure the healthy growth of the sales to achieve the set target.
- To work closely with other related departments for effective operation.
- To do other tasks assigned by the Deputy Country Director.
Qualifications:
- Minimum University degree of marketing or economics. Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years in marketing, of which 3 years in industrial or technical marketing with B2B.

- ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) advertising strategies.
- Market research skills & Numerical skills.

- Excellent English skills.
