Implement the group's orientation and develop marketing plans and improve brand awareness in the medium and short term for the hospital; develop Branding, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing activities on digital platforms;
Responsible for the mobilization and allocation of Marketing resources in coordination with departments to operate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Consult with the Board of Directors and be responsible for reviewing the performance and organizing the operation of marketing-related activities.
- Implementing Hoan My brand guideline and developing HMCL's brand message in Mekong Delta market; especially in Can Tho and surrounding provinces.
- Provide flexible tools to support sales and drive revenue growth including websites, product catalogs, press releases, customer research and customer experience, blogs, customer portals and a variety of potential social channels.
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance and growth indicators related to brand indexes, top of mind, coverage, and brand health indicators of the HMCL brand.
- Attract and develop partners, social channels, and influential KOLs & KOCs in the industry to increase brand communication.
- Implement, research, identify, initiate and promote strategic marketing opportunities, partnerships to attract and convert new customers, strengthen HMCL's brand positioning.
- Evaluate and segment Customer files and develop communication plans for product package promotions. HMCL's services reach the right target audience.
- Organize media campaigns and handle media crises in a timely manner to maintain HMCL's brand position.
- Collaborate with professional, sales, and related departments to design product packages, Trade Marketing programs suitable for each stage.
- Developing, controlling and approving the content of all digital and traditional media activities.
- Propose criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of Digital Marketing activities.
- Manage and plan the growth of digital media channels; including: email, SEO, FB, Zalo, Instagram, Tiktok LinkedIn...
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Economics, Commerce, Marketing; at least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position;
- Understand Marketing activities in the hospitality industry; having experience working in hospitals is an advantage;
- Knowledgeable about Google, Facebook, etc.
