MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Goal management

  • Based on the needs of operations and operations in the area and the plan and strategy of the brand center, as well as the annual business goals, organize and build an annual work plan and completion goals of the brand center. department, analyze and track progress towards achieving goals.

2.Implement market access strategy

  • Digital Marketing: Responsible for digital marketing activities, including setting up the brand's official accounts on international/national social media platforms, setting up the official website and reach customers through content marketing, media, videos/clips, SEO tools, SEM and other digital platforms gain more attention, enhance business sales and influence trademark.
  • Based on the needs of the store, come up with a plan to encourage sales during holidays/New Year, weekdays, etc. to support increased revenue.
  • Establish market mechanism management. Build market standard templates, establish unified market standards and enhance brand position in the market.
  • Market research: Provide corresponding market research reports for departments according to daily needs, special needs or urgent needs. Through market research, it contributes to solving practical problems such as competitive products, location selection, research and development of new products, etc., receiving information in the market, providing a basis for making decisions. make decisions and grasp customer psychology.
  • Advertising design: Design and produce advertising materials: design/check advertising images for stores; design promotional materials; gifts and other documents; Design internal company promotional materials.
  • Manage teams and comply with corporate culture According to the company's development plan, responsible for building a human resources development plan in the Marketing department;
  • According to the company's training plan, responsible for training and developing internal personnel as well as building and implementing this plan
  • Promote and implement the department's corporate cultural values
  • Collaborate and support work with other departments
  • Based on the actual situation of business scale, support other departments, if necessary, actively participate in discussions with different departments at the office to improve the efficiency of cooperation between departments.
  • Daily management
  • Based on management needs according to actual business situation, responsible for overall day-to-day management of the marketing department;
  • Responsible for communication and coordination between the Marketing department and other departments.
  • Other tasks

Qualifications

  • Have from 3 to 5 years of working experience in the Marketing position for F&B industry, including understanding of Vietnamese market trends as well as habits, culture, trends, market size, etc. of different countries and regions.
  • Have cross-cultural communication skills and market analysis skills;
  • Familiar with the industry structure and competitive situation in the international market, understanding the main factors and development trends in the market;
  • Have leadership skills, teamwork, and a plan to practically implement planned intentions;
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and indicators such as market research, marketing promotion, data analysis, e-commerce, etc.;
  • Understand various marketing techniques and tools, such as advertising, marketing materials, public relations, event organization, etc.;
  • Intermediate English expression skills, ability to communicate and write reports, respond to messages/emails in English.
