Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies.
• Oversee the entire Marketing department, ensuring the coordination of online, offline, and retail marketing initiatives.
• Create compelling marketing strategies to promote services, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and potential challenges for both product and service offerings.
• Manage collaborative efforts with influencers, external partners, and internal teams to optimize brand presence and sales.
• Maintain a robust online presence across various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Drive marketing efforts in alignment with the affiliate program for broader reach and impact.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and a high ROI.
• Guide the team to the production of creative and impactful marketing materials and content.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related majors.
• Have 7 years of experience in FMCG products marketing, including traditional marketing and digital marketing.
• Have experience in the same position.
• Good at English.
