Job Description
- Develop and direct the national brand strategy in alignment with international brand positioning and the country's priorities, fostering ongoing brand growth and consumer relationships.
- Establish strategic directions and a three-year marketing plan, prioritizing portfolio activities (new launches, pillar product renewals, and core catalogue animation).
- Lead marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and adapt communications (imagery, digital, point of sale).
- Oversee the gathering and analysis of consumer and market insights, sharing findings to ensure new product development aligns with the country's needs.
- Manage international launches locally, creating engaging consumer brand experiences and supervising the entire development process to meet deadlines.
- Oversee budget management (sales forecasts, pricing strategy, brand profitability, P&L, etc.).
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to craft a comprehensive business strategy.
- Develop clear messages for top management and support teams in meeting preparations.
- Influence media and promotional plans.
- Build, develop, and manage the brand team, providing training and enhancing their marketing expertise and skills.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication.
- Proficient in English, with a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing within an FMCG company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Skilled in change management and adaptability.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Professional demeanor and well-organized.
- Leadership experience in planning, performance management, and team engagement and motivation.
