Purpose:
As part of the strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies which will enhance our market presence and drive lead generation in clinical solutions business in Southeast Asia. The position is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the business unit, ensuring that our marketing efforts are strategically aligned with our broader business objectives.
This role demands an individual who is independent, has self-starter attitude and mindset who can build a robust marketing infrastructure from the ground up, encompassing digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and more.

Key responsibilities:
- Create and roll out marketing plans from customer analysis to creating relevant materials in right channels
- Manage EDM, Social Media Channels, and Content Calendar
- Oversee copywriters and coordinate content creation to ensure high-quality, consistent, and timely content across all marketing channels.
- Conduct regular audits and implement SEO strategies to enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Track and Measure Marketing Metrics Using Google Analytics, etc., with Dashboards
- Optimize marketing efforts based on the performance of article traffic, email direct marketing click-through rates (EDM CTR), and A/B testing results.
- Design and implement a marketing workflow to qualify leads and seamlessly transition them to the sales team, ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategies.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, heavily involved in execution either in an in-house or agency environment.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in website optimization and SEO strategies.
- Strong expertise in managing EDM, social media channels, and maintaining a content calendar.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and measure marketing performance.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing workflows to qualify leads and transition them to sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage copywriters and coordinate content creation for various marketing channels.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing strategies.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. SFDC).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications (Nice to have):
