Develop and manage communication tools for the company to enhance the brand value.
Develop plans, marketing strategies, and PR for the company's brand and products.
Conduct market research, and survey brand awareness, and satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Research competitors regarding products and marketing communication strategies.
Build content and produce Company website, brochures/catalogs, posters, banners, etc., for promotional and brand-building activities.
Develop ideas and organize the implementation of CSR programs (external relations).
Prevent and promptly handle communication crises.
Establish, develop, and maintain collaborative relationships with domestic and international media organizations.
Manage communication crises.
Human resource management for the Efficiency Department. Propose and build the organizational structure of the department.
Recruit for managerial positions (including interviewing, testing, selection, and orientation training).
Propose appointments, and dismissals, and arrange personnel under management.
Manage work for direct subordinates (set goals, plan, monitor, mentor, evaluate, and provide feedback).
Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Officer.
Requirements:
If not graduated in this field, a Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, marketing, or business administration, or demonstrate fundamental training in marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position. Preference is given to candidates with experience in the insurance industry.
Understanding and knowledge experience in Communication - Marketing, especially trade marketing.
Proficient and in-depth understanding of online marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Social media, Forum seeding, Email Marketing, Analytics, etc.) and offline (TVC, print media, etc.).
Fluent in English in all skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and communication/brand management.
Plan and implement broad, multi-platform brand development communication campaigns.
Ability to build brand development strategies.
