The Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing initiatives to drive the brand performance of this high-growth Direct-to-Consumer brand and overseeing all marketing activation for key wholesale accounts.
Within this role you will report into the General Manager
Responsibility:
- Responsible for driving campaign planning, themes & execution
- Develops new product launch plans
- Works with digital channels and markets to share key product and marketing updates and collaborate to deliver globally effective marketing plans
- Responsible for providing trend & industry insight
- Responsible for driving Paula's Choice brand presence with key wholesale accounts
- Oversee the global product line to ensure the portfolio is thriving and competitive
- Work closely with General Manager to develop marketing and promotional marketing initiatives incl. size of prize to reach key customer targets and achieve business goals for all Online channels
- Develop new product launch plans and deploy as needed across online and offline channels
- Responsible for all communication creatives Ideation, consumer insighting and final execution- of how to bring the brand and concept come to life
- Ensure consistency in terms of Brand content and build the Brand buzz and engagement across Social media channels
- Monitor and analyse Site experience and come up with recommendations on how best to optimize the DTC site
- Collaborate with sales manager on marketing calendar planning
- Partner with sales and educations teams to develop in-store activation & event planning
- Leading all visual marketing asset (photos, videos) requests with the creative team
- Collaborating with visual merchandiser & creative team to strategize & execute a compelling retail presence
- Working with the brand marketing team to coordinate social media & influencer support
- Leading retailer co-creation programs
- Other responsibilities as assigned by General Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand management or marketing
- Strong marketing / brand management toolkit (positioning, campaign development, on-brand messaging and asset development)
- Track record in creative thinking and working with internal and external creative partners
- Building integrated campaigns, generating key marketing themes that can cascade to a range of channels in a powerful way
- Experience in retail marketing (developing programs, events, activations for key wholesale partners)
- Agility and strategic thinking for a dynamic category and channel
- Fluent in English
