A. JOB PURPOSE
- Be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans that promote and protect the organization's reputation. The role involves managing external communications, media relations, and public affairs to enhance the organization's image and achieve its business objectives.
- Be responsible for ensuring the completion of project's goals and promptly handling issues that arise in the company's Marketing operations (including Communications activities, Graphics & Multimedia; branding and promoting products and services).
- Propose and develop strategies to improve effective operations of Marketing tasks.
B. JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for positive media coverage and public engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to develop proactive communication strategies.
Media Relation:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers.
- Coordinate and manage media inquiries, interviews, and press conferences.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to secure media coverage.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including press releases, speeches, articles, social media posts, and website content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the organization's brand voice and messaging.
Public Affairs and Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage public perception and stakeholder relationships.
- Act as a spokesperson for the organization during crises and sensitive issues.
- Prepare crisis communication plans and provide training to staff on effective communication during emergencies.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute public relations events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and maximize PR impact.
Brand Management:
- Build product development and brand image promotion strategy for De Heus and its brands / product strategy. Plan, adjust products based on test results and customer feedback from conception to launch and delivery to livestock and aqua farmers and dealers.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize future PR strategies and campaigns.
Others:
- Other operational tasks assigned by Deputy General Director, the Heads of Sales, Board of Directors...
C. JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- More than 10 years in Marketing & PR positions, 3 years in Management positions.
