Role purpose
Develop a deployment plan for launching a new technology product in the field of performance management and goal setting for businesses (B2B).
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Social Media (Website, FB, Google, Linkedin, etc.). Continuously monitor and measure performance to closely align with set objectives (ROI, OKR, KPI).
Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to optimize campaigns. Evaluate competitors campaigns, identify market trends to innovate and improve strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to design and manage channels for assessing potential customers (from MQL to SAL), nurturing potential customers.
Keep abreast of the latest Digital Marketing trends, actively research new solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

- Developing product identity for customers to recognize this as a top-tier brand in the field of supply:
Build and manage content on the website, blog, social media to attract and interact with target customers and assert the brand.
Develop and maintain consistent brand image across all communication channels.
Proactively propose and create marketing materials such as articles, ebooks, infographics, instructional videos...
- Identifying potential customers through research and analysis of the target market:
Research and grasp trends, challenges in goal management and work performance of Vietnamese businesses.
Analyze competitors, identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the product in the market.
Build buyer personas based on their characteristics, behaviors, and needs.
- Approaching and providing information to potential customers by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaigns:
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy suitable for the target customer and business objectives of the product.
Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and events, including paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, event organization, seminars, webinars...
Coordinate with the sales department to develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract leads and convert customers.
- Continuous learning and improvement by measuring key metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness:
Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the effectiveness metrics of each marketing campaign such as conversion rate, cost-per-lead, email open rate, social media interaction...
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights... to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Prepare regular reports on the results and effectiveness of marketing activities, propose adjustments and improvements for subsequent campaigns.
- Proactively work with related specialist teams to achieve the highest efficiency:
Coordinate closely with relevant departments to ensure consistent and effective communication messages.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and professional advertising and communication materials.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the B2B industry. (Preference given to those with experience in the Technology sector or Startups, especially those who have launched a technology project).
Knowledge and understanding of various online advertising channels, including social media and digital newspapers.
Understanding of supplementary knowledge for the most effective marketing.
Flexible adaptation skills to achieve the highest efficiency.
Ability to observe, listen to understand the essence.
Always enthusiastic and creative in work.
Good communication skills both internally and externally.
Understanding of sales principles.
