Job Description

A. Responsibilities

1. Recruitment management:

- Recruiting for positions as required by management

- Performing recruitment activities: Screening, interviewing, onboarding

- Manage candidate data to mine for future positions

- Exit interview

- Complete report in time

2. Training:

- Support and coordinate training activities

- In charge of training new employees according to regulations

- Responsiblities on job training for new staff

3. Timekeeping data management, salary calculation:

- Support timekeeping, salary calculation

- Fix and report Edoc of store to related departments

4. Other tasks:

- Other tasks as assigned by Division Leader / Store Manager.

- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.

B. Qualifications

  • University Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in TA
  • Good command of English
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint...)
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
