Responsibilities
- Design and develop line systems
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to determine project requirements
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Perform design and production trials
- Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes
- Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the new line systems.
- Planning and executing mechanical designs using AUTOCAD 2D- 3D, SOLIDWORKS software.
- Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
- Proficiency with engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Solidworks
- Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attentive to detail and critically minded.
- The ability to stay abreast of advancements in technology and engineering design trends.
- English level: Intermediate
