The Role
Review and check any issues on the design of laptops with customers
Troubleshot the mechanical problems during the assembly and provide the FA report, from xVT to MP
Discuss DOE plan and details with customer then conductive/summarize the doe
Analyze the data for each kind of data, ex: cosmetic dimensions, incoming dimensions. and have a conclusion to share with customers.
Collaborate with other functional team to make the build smoothly
Discuss with the PE about the assembly issues
Feedback the material issues to SQE
Measure the dimensions of some parts, which may be the root cause of some issues
Attend the meetings, ex: PD MIL, FATP/CR MIL, QA MIL
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Industrial.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
