Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., with a focus on optimizing performance and ROI.
  • Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending, and adjust as needed to ensure cost-efficient campaigns with maximum impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign data (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.),
  • Detailed reports on campaign performance, analyze data, and propose strategies for optimizing future campaigns. Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and business goals.
  • Research and apply new advertising trends, tools, and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Work closely with creative & content,to ensure advertising campaigns align with overall company strategy and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in online advertising, especially performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and others.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to work under pressure.
