Media Planning, Associate Manager (Full time Freelancer - 6 months)

This is a full-time freelancer role as a Media Planning, the role will be back up for maternity leave.

The Associate Manager will be responsible for media strategy planning, developing multi-channel marketing strategies, and project management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking complete ownership of integrated planning related to all media expenditures.
• Embracing a strategic business perspective to foster growth for our clients through effective utilization of media integrated planning.
• Leading and facilitating discussions on media integrated planning with key stakeholders to define KPIs and objectives.
• Crafting media strategies and tactics to achieve the established KPIs and objectives.
• Continually exploring innovative solutions to propose to clients, thereby advancing brand objectives.
• Staying at the forefront of industry developments by exploring and experimenting with new solutions and platforms.
• Leading by example through continuous training, mentoring, motivation, and team growth to meet project requirements.
  
  

• 5 years of experience in the field of integrated media planning marketing.
• A relentless commitment to meeting targets and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful outcomes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and willing to interact within a multinational team.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, coupled with the capacity to lead teams and engage in productive conversations with key stakeholders.
