Merchandise Leader (Service Online & Ecommerce Marketing)

I. WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Team Management

1. Support Line Manager in recruiting, training, and managing team members to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity;

2. Sales analysis: analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Online delivery

3. Develop and implement related merchandise activities to impact and monitor the performance of the company products on the online delivery platforms;

4. Develop and manage the agreement and partnership with online delivery partners;

5. Handle and manage the feedback of customers in the online delivery platforms.

• E-voucher and E-wallet

6.Develop and implement related activities to impact and monitor the performance of E-vouchers sales and E-wallet partners;

7. Develop and manage the agreement and partnership with related partners.

Rental Advertising

8. Develop and manage advertising space rentals, including negotiating contracts, coordinating with advertisers (POSM, activation space, LCD, Wi-fi,);

9. Ensure that advertisements execution at stores meet the company's guidelines.

• Rebate/Income

10. Develop and implement related activities to impact and monitor the performance of rebate/income utilizing the company store platform (Payoo, Momo Cash-in,).

New MD Services Projects

11. Develop and implement new MD services projects to maximize the sales opportunities to meet the customer demand and increase the company profits.

• Others

12. Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

II. WHAT DO YOU NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Trade or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Merchandise/Marketing/Operation
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.
• Results-oriented mindset and track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
