MERCHANDISER
1.TRIM HANDLING
-Trims handling with overseas suppliers and in Vietnam
-Dealing/communicating with overseas buyers on regular basis, and being able to tactfully manage and nurture relationships with buyer.
-Communicate with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices, and Customers.
-Submit payment on the ERP system
-Do the summary report to the management board.
2.SAMPLE MERCHANDISER
-Ensuring all fabric and trims ordered on time and got in house in factory on time.
-Dealing/communicating with overseas buyer on regular basis, and be able to tactfully manage and nurture relationship with buyer.
-Following up status of order from beginning to shipment (such as fabric inspection, cutting, sewing, packing, inspection).
-Reading and understanding TP's to explain to CAD team.
-Following up development, fit, PP sample and all related samples and sent to customer on time.
-Updating all sample details in PLM and in excel sheet and share status with factory and customer.
-Weekly updating fabric and trims status summary to factory team.
-Communicating with internal and factory teams, Overseas Offices and Customers.
REQUIREMENTS
-Education: College/ University Degree (any major is okay if you want to work in garment industry)
-Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
-Need to negotiating skills and proper follow-up
-Be fluent in spoken and written English.
-Ability to work individually and in group.
-Be able to work well under high pressure and towards tight deadlines.
-Hard working and responsibility.
