Primary Objective:
Merchandising Executive is responsible for the assigned Category's total Sales & GP, retail merchandise performance, visual and operational presentation of designed selling zones at AEON stores, including but not limited to Layout, Planogram, Schematics, POSM display.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Make the Strategy of Category-in-charge, mainly Branded Cosmetic & Beautycare concess : Product concept, 3C Analysis, Assortment plan, Monthly & Quarterly Sales plan
- Maintain the data for Analysis and keep updated with Market Trend of product/category, Competitor benchmark
- Always propose Innovative Ideas, New Product Development, New Proposal to support Business development
- Deal with suppliers on Price, Trade Terms, Promotion Plan to get the best offer
- Prepare Planogram / Schematic plan for product display and coordinate with OPR to ensure selling floor well-maintained
- Prepare Layout, Fixture for New Store Opening (NSO) / Store Renovation
- Do Weekly Market & Competitor survey with Managers & Assistant to MD and make report accordingly
- Coordinate activities with other departments of the company.
- Other tasks might be assigned by superiors
- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.
Qualification and Job Requirements:
- College degree in Economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in related Retails business, Branded Cosmetic channel
- Show the passion of the Merchandising career
- Customer-focused/ Customer Oriented mind set
- Abilities to use Computer, Office programs and Database.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Must have Analytical ability and good in data / figures
