Summary
As a Microsoft Solutions Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft security and modern workplace solutions to cultivate strong partnerships with clients, drive adoption, and maximize the value of their investments. You will design and implement tailored programs, deliver engaging workshops, and stay at the forefront of emerging Microsoft technologies and products. Your focus will be on promoting and implementing Microsoft security solutions like Microsoft Defender for Business, Microsoft Security E3, E5, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Data Loss Prevention, and Microsoft Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft partners and clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Microsoft solutions.
- Program Management: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive programs to engage both existing and new customers, ensuring their needs are met across security and modern workplace domains.
- Knowledge and Product Updates: Stay current with the latest Microsoft knowledge, products, and industry trends, particularly in security, endpoint management, identity protection, and AI-powered collaboration tools.
- Workshop Delivery: Conduct engaging and informative workshops, both one-on-one and in larger groups, to educate clients on Microsoft solutions and best practices.
- Service Package Development: Create and refine service offerings that address the unique challenges faced by clients, incorporating Microsoft security, modern workplace, and AI solutions.
- Certification Maintenance: Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Security, Microsoft 365, and other related certifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Microsoft products and services, particularly Microsoft Defender for Business, Microsoft Security E3, E5, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Data Loss Prevention, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Consulting Skills: Proven ability to gather requirements, analyze needs, design tailored solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex security and modern workplace challenges.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and workshops to diverse audiences.
- Business Development: Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving adoption of Microsoft solutions, and expanding market share.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Certifications in other relevant security or productivity technologies.
- Experience in cybersecurity incident response and remediation.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with cloud migration and deployment.
