FinX aims to build a digital banking product that will deliver on the promise of simplicity, technological advancement, and superior customer products & services for millions of people in Vietnam.
As a IT Business Analyst, you will own one domain. You will be responsible to deliver stable and quality products based on business requirements with optimized resources. Together with product leadership, you will be responsible for the continuous delivery of the FinX roadmap to the customers.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and receive requirements from business departments.
- Analyze and assess the feasibility of these requirements.
- Propose appropriate solutions (systems and business processes) to address business needs.
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze and optimize customer journeys.
- Document business and functional requirements (URD/BRD) and manage documents according to software development processes.
- Support users in UAT (if required).
- Assist management in task distribution and overall project progress tracking.
- Report project status to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as IT, Computer Science, etc.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or financial companies.
- Knowledge of specific frameworks (BPMN, ERD) to draft URD/BRD documents.
- Skills in interface design (wireframe) for documentation are a plus.
- Experience with business process modeling tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Draw.io, Camunda is a plus.
- Experience with card systems (VISA/MASTER/JCB), Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, or other banking services is preferred.
- Project management experience is an advantage
